Where is my order shipped from?

Our Halloween shirts are dispatched from the United States, with deliveries typically taking about 7 days. Each order comes with a tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order BEFORE it is shipped for a full refund. To cancel, please email us at order@ezhalloween.com and include your order number.

What if I receive the wrong item?

While it's rare, mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect item, please take a picture of it and email us the image. We will either send the correct item or issue a full refund.

Can I pay by credit card if I don’t have a PayPal account?

Yes, you can pay by credit card through PayPal without needing a PayPal account. PayPal serves merely as a payment processor; an account or balance with PayPal is not a must.

Why was my payment declined?

Payment declines can occur for various reasons. We recommend trying a different card if this happens.

My tracking hasn't updated. Is my package lost?

Delays can occur, especially during busy holiday seasons. Although rare, if there is no update on your tracking for 20 days, we will issue a refund. Rest assured, 99.9% of our packages are delivered successfully.
